Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing iCUM ("the Service") or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
iCUM provides managed feedback, survey, and research operations. Specific deliverables (Survey Setup, Feedback Retainer, Research Sprint) are described at checkout. We may improve or change the Service over time; if a change materially reduces what was sold, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of unused fees.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time fees are charged at purchase. Subscriptions (e.g. retainers) renew on the same day each month until cancelled. You can update your card or cancel any time from the receipt link or by emailing billing@icum.ai.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use iCUM for unlawful, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity, including but not limited to: sending unsolicited bulk surveys, collecting sensitive personal data without disclosure, harassment, or anything that violates applicable law.
5. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a security or legal risk for other customers.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iCUM's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
