Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the Service:
- Account & billing data: name, email, billing address, the last four digits and brand of your card (full card numbers are held by Stripe, not by us).
- Service data: survey configurations and the responses your customers submit through iCUM, used to deliver the product to you.
- Operational data: server logs (IP, user agent, request path, timestamp) retained for at most 30 days for security and debugging.
2. What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not log full card numbers or sensitive authentication data — those stay inside Stripe.
3. Processors
We use a small number of subprocessors to deliver the Service:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Vercel — hosting for the marketing site.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and the launch backend Worker.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@icum.ai. We respond within 30 days.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Survey responses are retained until you delete them or close your account.
